Ilan has practiced at the Brisbane Bar since 2009 predominantly in succession and commercial litigation. He regularly appears in mediations and the District and Supreme Court of Queensland & other Courts. He is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Queensland Committee & The Bar Association of Queensland Succession & Elder Law Committee. He has lectured for College of Law as part of the Master of Laws program (WEP5 – Contest Probate and other court applications, WEP4 – Family Provision & WEP2 – Law and Practice of Estates).
