Leonid practices in all areas of succession and commercial law. 

He advises regularly in relation to family provision claims, the interpretation and administration of wills and trusts, claims of breach of duty against personal representatives, trustees, attorneys and other fiduciaries, applications by personal representatives and trustees for judicial advice and directions, the removal of personal representatives and Beddoe applications. 

Leonid frequently appears at mediations in succession law matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Leonid was Associate to the former Chief Justice of Queensland, The Hon Paul de Jersey AC, and then worked as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
