Chancery is a specialist, virtual, group of Brisbane-based barristers and mediators. Our barristers are all specialists in all aspects succession, equity and trusts and private client law, who have for years been appearing with and against each other, and have come to respect each other’s skill, experience and reputation.
By joining together to form virtual group, Chancery hopes to provide solicitors throughout Queensland, and interstate, access to some of Queensland’s leading barristers in succession, equity and trusts, and private client law, all under the one “virtual” roof.
Our barristers have the depth of experience to handle any contentious or advisory matter in succession, equity and trusts, and private client law.
