With a background in commercial, equity and property litigation, John brings a broad range of commercial experience to his Wills and estates practice. John is a member of the Bar Association of Queensland ethics committee and is a deputy editor of ‘Hearsay’ – the BAQ’s online quarterly magazine.
John was an Associate to Justice Richard Cooper in the Supreme Court of Queensland, holds a Master of Laws in commercial law, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA), and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
